Der BSS Soundweb OMNI 32e I/O Expander bietet die Möglichkeit, analoge Signale oder AES3 in das IP-Audionetzwerk zu integrieren und daraus auszuleiten. Der 32e konvertiert diese Signale in Dante oder AES67 zur Verarbeitung durch Soundweb OMNI DSPs oder zum Transport zu kompatiblen Geräten.

Der 32e verfügt über 8 Audio-Eingänge, 8 Audio-Ausgänge und 8 flexible Audio-Anschlüsse, die jeweils als Ein- oder Ausgänge konfiguriert werden können. Jeder dieser Ein-, Ausgangs- und flexiblen Anschlüsse kann einzeln konfiguriert werden, um analoge oder Stereo-AES3-Audiosignale zu unterstützen, wodurch eine Vielzahl von Ein-/Ausgangsoptionen ermöglicht wird. Jeder Ein- und flexible Anschluss ist mit einem Studio-Qualitäts-Mikrofon-Vorverstärker mit 60 dB ausgestattet, und alle Anschlüsse nutzen hochauflösende DAC und ADC. Darüber hinaus bietet der 32e 32x32 Dante/AES67-Netzwerk-Audiokanäle.

Extreme I/O Flexibility

Each audio I/O port on Soundweb OMNI I/O Expanders is format configurable as either analog or stereo AES3 and certain of the audio I/O ports are also configurable to be either inputs or outputs. All GPIO ports are configurable as either input or output ports, and their format can be either analog or digital.
