BSS Soundweb OMNI 16e I/O Expander giver mulighed for at forbinde og afbryde analog eller AES3 til og fra IP-lydnetværket. 16e konverterer disse signaler til Dante eller AES67 til behandling af Soundweb OMNI DSP'er eller transport til kompatible enheder.

16e har 4 lydindgangsporte, 4 lydudgangsporte og 4 fleksible lydporte, som kan konfigureres som enten indgange eller udgange. Hver af disse indgangs-, udgangs- og fleksible porte kan individuelt konfigureres til at understøtte analog eller stereo AES3-lyd, hvilket muliggør en bred vifte af I/O-kombinationer. Hver indgangs- og fleksibel port har en studiokvalitets 60dB mikrofon-forforstærker, og hver port bruger en højopløsnings-DAC og ADC. Derudover leverer 16e 16x16 Dante/AES67-netværkslydkanaler.

Extreme I/O Flexibility

Each audio I/O port on Soundweb OMNI I/O Expanders is format configurable as either analog or stereo AES3 and certain of the audio I/O ports are also configurable to be either inputs or outputs. All GPIO ports are configurable as either input or output ports, and their format can be either analog or digital.
